Whole Almonds |
- Spread whole almonds out in a single layer on a large baking sheet (lined with parchment).
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast almonds at 325ºF until lightly browned (9-12 minutes)
- Chop coarsely and cool.

Instructions
- Scoop batter into greased muffin tins.
- Preheat oven to 350º F (230 degrees C).
- Bake muffins for 20 minutes.
