Granola 2

Mix:

12               cups            Rolled Oats

2                 cups            Flaked Rye

2                 cups            Flaked Wheat

3                 cups            Sesame Seeds

2                 cups            Sunflower Seeds

1                 cups            Pumpkin Seeds

1                 cup             Raw Peanuts

1                 cup             Wheat Germ

1                 cup             Coconut (Shredded)

2                 cups            Sunflower Seeds

1                 cups            Raw Walnuts (Coarsely Chopped)

1                 cups            Roasted Unsalted Cashews (Coarsely Chopped)

Mix well and then add to ingredients above. Stir granola mixture well to ensure even coating of honey/vanilla/oil glaze.

4                 tsps            Vanilla

2                 cups            Honey

1/3              cups            Sunflower Oil

Roast on jelly roll pans at 325° for 20 minutes until brown, turning several times. When cool, add:

2                 cups            Raisins (after roasting)

1                 cup             Dried Cherries (optional)
