Key Lime Pie Bites

Makes 30 to 45 mini key lime pies.
Ingredients
3 - Packages Frozen Mini Filo Shells (15 per package)
Filling
1 - 14 Oz Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 - Cup Light Sour Cream
3/8 - Cup Key Lime Juice (or Lime Juice)*
- - Zest of 2 Key Limes (or 1 Regular Limes)
*May need more than 2 key limes or more than one regular lime for the juice.
Topping
- - - Whipped Cream (Home made, or from a can)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest in a mixing bowl
- Scoop a dollop into each of the unbaked filo shells.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Cool for at least 20 minutes. (Once cool, these can be stored in refrigerator in a plastic bag.)
- When serving, top with whipped cream.
Time: 30 minutes total
