Macaroni

Cook:

2          -           cup                  macaroni

While cooking macaroni, prepare cheese sauce:

2          -           tablespoon       butter or margarine

2          -           tablespoon       flour

1          -           cup                  milk

1          -           bottle               Cheese Whiz (16 ounce)

 

A) Melt margarine in sauce pan.
B) Remove from heat and stir in flour.
C) Return to heat and slowly stir in milk to that lumps can be worked out of sauce.
D) Add Cheese Whiz to taste.
E) Drain and rinse cooked macaroni.
F) Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and serve.

Variation:
For cheese sauce over toast, eliminate macaroni and pour cheese sauce over toast.

Hint:
For thicker sauce, increase both margarine and flour to 3 tablespoons.
