Pico De Gallo

Blend in food processor:

-           1/2       cup                  white onion (finely chopped)

3          -           cups                 tomatoes  (halved, cored, seeded)

1-2        -           -                       jalepeno or serrano chiles (finely chopped)

-           1/2       cup                  roughly chopped cilantro (lower stems removed)

3                      tbsp                 fresh lime juice

2                      tbsp                 olive oil

1          -           tsp                  kosher or sea salt

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Toss well and serve with taco chips.

Optional

Drain and add a cup of canned corn.


Yield: 4 Cups
